Making a difference where each one teach one.
We are a Canadian non-profit organization that is inspired to help today’s youths become the young IT entrepreneurs of tomorrow’s society.
In Canada, we noticed a gap in the number of black youths in IT, and a widening gap in the number of black owned businesses in comparison to the rest of Canada’s demographics.
To help fight this problem, our goal is to offer IT and professional programs to ethnic youths by promoting our Each One Teach One (EOTO) mentoring rule.
This will plant a seed to help inspire more black and immigrant focused entrepreneurs in Canada and also abroad.
Each one teach one (EOTO) method of teaching: where the student observes, performs and then repeats to teach another.
Each One Teach for Learning
Our initiative is to provide a youth focused (EOTO) training program that focuses on developing technology (IT), and business entrepreneurship skill sets to youths of ethnic origins at a low/no cost to the participants.
Each One Teach for Mentoring
to provide a (EOTO) youth mentorship program. This is to allow for mutual sharing of professional knowledge and best practices on IT and entrepreneurship information from professionals to ethnic youths.
Support from Communities
To help fund these programs, making an impact happens within the context of a larger community. Our EOTO approach extends beyond the school to help ensure youths have the necessary support system in place to do their best learning from the help of the community. As you know, It takes a village to raise a child.
